TeenzNet ICT Training Initiative is a forward-thinking non-governmental, non-profit organization that work with Teachers, Educationists, Psychologists, Counselors, ICT Experts and Research & Development Specialists to deliver innovative and functional educational system in line with global standards. We promote scholarship programmes and trust funds for high performing indigent students; organize academic competitions/awards and ICT bootcamps that expose teenagers & youths to different aspects of life. We work in three thematic areas: Teen/Youth Development & Empowerment, Education & Academic Development, Research and Advocacy.

Annual Holiday ICT Bootcamps:

We host engaging and transformative ICT bootcamps yearly, during school holidays to expose students and teachers (facilitators) to diverse career, leadership and entrepreneurship development programs. These bootcamps feature: ◦ Academic Enrichment, ◦ Social Development, ◦ Moral Guidance, ◦ Healthcare Awareness, ◦ Homecare.

Academic Competitions and Awards:

we organize stimulating academic competitions that challenge and inspire students to excel. We also: ◦ Recognize and reward outstanding performances with trophies, certificates, and prizes. ◦ Acknowledge schools and educators who contribute to their students' success. ◦ Use competitions as a platform to encourage collaboration and a spirit of sportsmanship among youths.

Promote Feasible Career Development:

Our foundation actively supports career exploration and readiness by: ◦ Hosting career fairs with industry professionals and experts. ◦ Deploying up-to-date Career/Personality-Testing Apps and conducting skills assessment workshops to help teenagers and youths identify and harness their strengths. ◦ Offering mentorship programs to guide youths on their professional journeys. ◦ Partnering with organizations to provide internships and work-experience opportunities.

Create Scholarship Programmes and Trust Funds

understanding the financial barriers many students face, TeenzNet Foundation: ◦ Links up talented and hardworking students from underprivileged backgrounds with various scholarship opportunities. ◦ Manages trust funds to ensure continuity of education for indigent students. ◦ Works with donors and partners to expand the reach of these programs, helping more students achieve their academic dreams.

Scholars Forum

Our scholars forum initiative promotes scholarship programs in form of higher education, apprenticeship, internship among youths in slums and rural communities: ◦ Offer academic awards/scholarships to high performing indigent students. ◦ Promote apprenticeship and internship among youths. ◦ Organize seminars and workshops geared towards current career trends. ◦ Providing educational materials to indigent students.
